darwin Cloud users may encounter an issue where the escrow check under 1. Properties > 2.  Escrow > 3. Check is grayed out.

To fix this issue:

1. Go to the Security
2. Go to Users
3. Click search
4. Enter a part of the user name
5. Click search
6. Ensure that user is on the roles' tab
7. Check next to EscrowCheck
8. Click save

1. Go to the Roles submenu
2. Select the EscrowCheck role on right side of the screen
3. Click the actions tab
4. Ensure Properties > Escrow > Enable check button is under selected column
5. Click save

The user should log out from the system and log back in again after the role is assigned.
