(EX) DeActivation date must be after Active since date for each deactivated role

Cause:

This error occurs when the person's profile has a position with terminated date prior to start date.

To fix

  1. Go to People
  2. Click Agent Basics
  3. Click the position to edit the terminated date
  4. Enter the correct terminated date
  5. Click save
  6. Click submit
