Cause:
The error occurs when the Dash server becomes offline while submitting a transaction.

This error is normally resolved within an hour when Dash server is up and running again.

To Fix:
Re-submit the transactions after an hour.

Previous Article (EX) DeActivation date must be after Active since date for each deactivated role
Next Article Business Rule Violation(s) has occurred. :Transaction is locked down for update. Please contact Ops team for update.
