Cause:
This error occurs when the transaction was closed prior to the migration to darwin Cloud.
NOTE: Changing the migration date can only be done by AccountTECH.
Send an email to AccountTECH Support ([email protected]) to request adjustment of the migration date.
To fix (AccountTech Support):
1. Adjust the company's migration date to an earlier date before the property was closed and resubmit to Dash
2. Close the transaction
3. Submit to Dash
4. Reenter the correct migration date
