Cause:

This error occurs when the listing record is in "PreListing" status.

NOTE: This should not be advertised therefore exclude this to submission.

To fix it:

Flag the property record to exclude from submission until the status changed from PreListing.

1. Go to Properties
2. Click Basics
3. Check the box next to submission
   • to exclude from submission
4. Click save
