How do I flag a Property as Distinctive Properties in Dash?

Click Properties menu
Locate the property using the search button
Click Features submenu
Click the plus button next to feature
Select Special Program under group of feature dropdown list
Select ERA Distinctive Properties from feature dropdown list
Click save
Click submit
