This report analyzes Agent progress on a graduated scale in this way:
- Determine the commission plan of the Agent
- Determine the Total used by commission plan for the graduated scale
But what if the commission plan uses multiple scales, for instance:
- Scale 1 for Jan thru June this year
- Scale 2 for July thru Dec this year
If the company uses this type of scale, user have to take an extra step to get the correct data onto the report
- Go to Formulas
- Go to Deduction rules
- In the deduction types column, select the deduction that is used for calculating Company $
- In the list of rules, you will find 2 different rules - one for each time period. Change the order as needed so that the calculation on the report has the lower order number.
To change the sort order sequence
- Go to Formulas
- Go to Deduction rules
- In the deduction types column, select the deduction that is used for calculating
- Click the rule that needs to change order number
- Click applies to: tab
- Change the sort order sequence
- Click save
