Provider mismatch. Not a Valid Provider

Cause: 

This error occurs when the office GUID information being sent in Dash doesn't exist which is why the transaction updates are failing.

To Fix it:

I. Check the office GUID of the property.

  1. Click Properties
  2. Locate the property using the search button
    • a new window will appear, fill in accordingly
  3. Click Submission
  4. Click the get data sent where the error occurred
  1. Look for the OfficeGUID, CompanyID and OfficeID

II. Reach out to Dash and provide the following information:

  • Company Name
  • Office GUID
  • Company ID
  • Office ID

III. Update the information in Dash and resubmit the listing record.

  1. Click Properties
  2. Locate the property using the search button
    • a new window will appear, fill in accordingly
  3. Click Basics
  4. Click submit
