This article will show how to push/submit latest listing updates from MLS to Dash
Confirm that darwin Cloud has the updated information from MLS
Listing information in darwin Cloud needs to be updated first in order for dash to be updated as well.
First, confirm that the property has all the updated information in darwin Cloud by checking History window for the latest updates made by "dwinner":
- Click Properties menu
- Use the search button to locate the property
- Click History
- Check recent updates made by dwinner
The name "dwinner" shows changes that were imported by MLS and other feeds, as well as system updates made by darwin Cloud.
Check Latest dash Submission
Once confirmed that darwin Cloud has all the updated information from MLS, check if the latest submission to dash includes the updated information from MLS.
- Click Properties menu
- Use the search button to locate the property
- Click Submission
- Look for the latest submission to dash
- Confirm that the latest submission is successful. Result Type should be S
- Click get data sent button
- Review the JSON file and confirm if it has the updated information from MLS and darwin Cloud
Latest Submission does not include the latest updates
If confirmed that the updates were not included in the latest submission to dash, you can push the updates to dash immediately by doing real-time submission.
- Click Submission
- Click the submit
Submission Result Types
Dash submission Result Type can be any of the following:
S - Successful submission. Dash accepted the submission without any issues.
BR - Transaction was rejected by dash due to errors. BR stands for Business Rule violation. It means that dash could not accept the data submitted because it did not pass the minimum data requirements, or fields have incorrect formats. Under the error description, you can see why the submission failed. Correct the error and resubmit.
EX - Transaction was excluded from a submission by darwin Cloud. This error usually appears when the transaction has been excluded from submission due to errors. You can click the error message in the Error Description column to give you more information on why it was not submitted to dash. Under the error description, you can see why the submission failed. Correct the error and resubmit.
TE- Technical Error. This result type indicates that there was an issue while sending the information to dash. You can try to re-submit the transaction at a later time, or if the error persist after several attempts, contact dash for assistance.
Certain types of transactions, including Rentals and Other Income, can only be submitted by batch submission. These can be submitted by clicking the "submit" button on the property record, but will not return immediate submission results. Instead, you will see the message
"Anywhere Real Estate Inc. is not providing feedback on their evaluation of this submission."
If user check back later, or refresh the results by clicking "get results," you will see results for the submission.
