1. Fix the property record by either unposting and correcting the agent commission

1. Click Properties menu
2. Click search button
   • a new window  will appear, fill in accordingly
3. Click Post submenu
4. Click unpost
5. Choose yes or no
   • Choose whether user would like to  print a posting summary of the accounting records related to this transaction before they are removed from the system.

6. Click Commission submenu
7. Modify the agent commission by entering $0.01 on listing commission
8. Click save

9. Go to Agent Net List or Agent Net Sell - to double check the commission

10. Click Post submenu
11. Enter the correct post date for accounting
12. Click post

2. If the accounting is correct, modify the closed record to push it to dash

1. Click Security menu
2. Click Users submenu
3. Click search to locate a user in darwin Cloud
4. Type in the user name
5. Click search
6. Check box for Modifying closings
7. Click save

8. Go and search for the property in Properties menu
9. Go to Commission submenu
10. Correct the agent commission by entering $0.01 on listing commission
11. Click save

12. Go to Agent Net List or Agent Net Sell - to double check the commission
13. Click submit - to dash

NOTE: Updating the property record without unposting the transaction will not be recorded in the accounting records, only on the property record. Change the value back to $0 after the transaction is submitted to dash.

3. Other option is to close the transaction directly in dash if no modifications are needed in property
