Escrow Deposit not showing in Reconciliation

Cause:
This happens when an escrow money is not yet deposited in darwin

To fix this:

  1. Click the Banking menu
  2. Click the Deposit submenu
  3. Click new
  1. Select the company from the dropdown
  2. Select the bank account from the dropdown
  3. Enter the deposit date
  4. Click start
  1. Click add undeposited
  1. Enter a portion of property address in the filter field
  2. Check the box to select
  3. Click add to deposit
  1. Click post

Go back to the reconciliation screen to check if the escrow deposit is now showing

  1. Click the Banking menu
  2. Click the Reconciliation submenu
  3. Click search
  4. Select the company from the dropdown
  5. Select the bank account from the dropdown
  6. Select the reconciliation
  7. On the payee description column, enter a portion of the property address in the filter field
