- Click Security menu
- Click Roles submenu
- Select role on the left side of the screen
- Choose actions tab

Tools > ACH/CC Payments
- access restricted in deleting and editing

Tools > ACH/CC Payments > Allow Delete
- this will unhide the Delete payment method button on the setup paymethod screen

Tools > ACH/CC Payments > Allow Edit
- this will enable the Edit payment method hyperlinks on the setup paymethod screen
- Click save
