Closed volume by month vs goal (agents view) Closed volume vs goal - cumulative (agents view)

Updated on

Overview

Darwin Cloud now includes two new charts in the agent-facing Spotlight dashboard to help agents track their closed volume performance against their goals. These charts are available to admins when configuring agent Spotlights, and visible to agents when they log in to darwin.cloud.

New Charts Available

1. Closed Volume by Month vs. Goal — A bar/line chart showing the agent’s closed volume for each month of the current year, plotted alongside their monthly goal. This allows agents to quickly see which months they hit, exceeded, or fell short of their goal.

2. Closed Volume vs. Goal – Cumulative — A cumulative line chart tracking the agent’s total closed volume from January through the current month, compared against a cumulative goal line. This gives agents a year-to-date view of their progress toward their annual production goal.

How to Add These Charts to an Agent Spotlight (Admin)

1. Go to Company menu → Spotlights setup.

2. In the Spotlight list, select the agent Spotlight (e.g., “Spotlight For Agents”).

3. In the Group list, select the group you want to edit.

4. Click the [+] button next to “KPI’s & Charts in group” to open the chart picker.

5. In the chart picker panel, locate the “Closed volume” category. Select “Closed volume by month vs. goal” and/or “Closed volume vs. goal – cumulative.”

6. Click Save. The chart(s) will now appear on the agent’s Spotlight dashboard when they log in.

Notes

• The goal line will only appear if the agent has a goal set for the current year. If no goal is configured, the chart will display actual volume only.

• Each chart is scoped to the logged-in agent’s data only. Agents cannot view other agents’ closed volume through this chart.
