Inv / PO# Column in AP Register added to A/P Register Report
The A/P Register now displays an Inv / PO # column, bringing it in line with other A/P reports. This means you can view invoice and purchase order numbers directly in the register without needing to run a separate report.
The column pulls the Inv / PO # entered on a bill or voucher in Bills > Enter Bills.
A few things to know:
- The column is visible by default — no setup needed.
- Older vouchers that didn't have an Inv / PO # entered will display blank.
- This update saves time and gives you a more complete picture of your A/P activity in one place.
Voucher Type Filter Parameter Added to A/P History Report
The A/P History report now includes a multi-select Voucher Type filter, giving you more control over what appears in your results. Instead of viewing all voucher types at once, you can narrow the report to only the types you need — or combine multiple types for a broader view.
- To use it: Navigate to Reports > All Reports > Accounting > A/P History, then select one or more voucher types from the filter panel before running the report. If no selection is made, the report will return all voucher types by default.
- This update makes it faster and easier to find the specific A/P transaction data you're looking for.

How to configure deduction rules using the new “Is Team Calculation” option
When a deduction rule is configured as a Team Calculation, the Company $ percentage shown on the Agent Net List and Agent Net Sell screens will now display your true company split — not the percentage derived from the team structure.
Previously, clients with team-based commission rules noticed the Company % reflected the team configuration (such as 50%) rather than the actual negotiated split (such as 5%). This could make it difficult to verify commission breakdowns at a glance.
What's new:
- The Agent Net screens now display the correct Company % based on your deduction rule's commission settings, regardless of team calculation configuration.
- Commission payouts and calculations are not affected — this is a display correction only.
- No setup or configuration changes are needed. The fix applies automatically.
A quick note on older transactions: Existing transactions will not be retroactively changed, but if you recalculate a transaction, the updated display will apply.
