Dashboard

• Dynamic Sorting in Print Version of theDashboard Overview 

  • The Dashboard > Overview screen now applies dynamic sorting to the printed version of the report, so the order you set on screen is preserved when you print.

  • ✅ Benefit: Ensures printed dashboards match the on-screen view for consistent reporting.

Properties
 

• Updated Post Button on Property Post Screen

  • The Post button has been moved to the right side of the Cancel button in the Properties main menu under Post submenu.
  • The new button placement is also more consistent with the layouts of other screens with a Post button in darwin Cloud (e.g. Bills > Enter Bills and Sales > Invoices)
     

Spotlights (Agent View)

• Closed Volume by Month vs. Goal & Cumulative Goal Widgets

  • Two new widgets are now available in the Spotlights agent view: "Closed Volume by Month vs. Goal" and "Closed Volume vs. Goal – Cumulative." Agents can track their progress against production targets at a glance.

  • ✅ Benefit: Empowers agents with real-time visibility into their production goals.

Notifications & Campaigns
 

• Smarter Voucher Notifications with Repost Filtering

  • A new condition has been added to voucher entity notifications that allows you to exclude agents from receiving emails when a property is reposted, preventing unnecessary or confusing duplicate notifications.

  • ✅ Benefit: Reduces notification noise and prevents agent confusion on reposted properties.
     

Reports

• Closings by Agent Report — New Columns Added

  • The Closings by Agent report has been updated with additional columns to provide more detailed closing data per agent, giving managers and agents a more complete picture of performance.

  • ✅ Benefit: Richer reporting data without needing to export and manipulate data externally.
     

• Vendor Payments Report — Invoice # and Paying Company Columns

  • The Vendor Payments report now supports adding Invoice Number and Paying Company as columns, making it easier to reconcile vendor payments and identify which company is paying.

  • ✅ Benefit: Improves vendor payment visibility and simplifies reconciliation.
     

• Fee Target Report — Deduction Types Filter

  • A new filter parameter for Deduction Types has been added to the Fee Target report, enabling more granular filtering of fee target data.

  • ✅ Benefit: Provides greater control over fee target analysis by deduction category.
     

• Dynamic Reports — AG Grid

  • A major upgrade to Darwin Cloud's reporting engine is in progress, introducing AG Grid technology for a faster, more interactive report experience. Full details and documentation are pending.

  • ✅ Benefit: Will deliver a significantly improved, high-performance reporting interface across Darwin Cloud.

Accounting
 

• Automatically Process Payment for Agent Bills

  • Agent billing can now be configured to automatically process payments, reducing manual intervention for recurring or scheduled agent bill payments.

  • ✅ Benefit: Reduces administrative workload and ensures timely agent bill processing.
